  本片讲述二次世界大战期间，魂断梦醒魂断梦醒三名美国军人派驻英国，跟当地女子产生了三种不同情况的爱情故事。影片着重刻划战争期间英美文化差异影响，虽然戏剧性不强，但导演手法高雅，自然表现战地情缘的一种无奈。
